Stairs to reception area are steep!!! Working lift is too small for larger bags!!! Shared bathroom setup is inconvenient with limited privacy!!! Overall dated decor feels like a relic of the past!!!

The hotel felt outdated, and my room lacked essential updates. The shared bathrooms were inconvenient, causing me to hike floors for facilities. Additionally, there were issues with maintenance, including a dripping AC that made my stay less comfortable.

Stayed here and it was an absolute disaster. the shared bathrooms were a nightmare, I had to hike floors for the toilet! Also, I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, which clearly didn’t happen. The place is tired and outdated—seriously, it’s as old as time itself. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t. ,

Perfectly Located for Sightseeing and Business

I had a great experience here, as the location was wonderfully central, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with beautiful views of the Duomo right from my window. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping to guide us around the city and offering a good breakfast selection to start our days. There were plenty of fantastic dining options nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient to walk up the stairs to reach the check-in area before accessing the elevator.

The room was well-lit and decent-sized, with a nice view of the Duomo. It felt clean and comfortable, which was a huge plus. I loved that there was a vanity outside the bathroom, making it easy to get ready. Noise wasn't an issue at all, thanks to the sound-proof windows. It did feel a bit spartan, but that's okay. it had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Just keep in mind that there were some stairs to navigate to get to the reception!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour security, and a lift. I remember the staff helping with my late check-in during my first stay. I recommend trying the nearby cafe for breakfast. I'm coming back for a new year.

Had a great time with friends! The location is spot on—so close to the market and Duomo. Our triple room was spacious enough for all our bags, and the staff were super friendly, helping with everything we needed. The breakfast was also worth it. Don’t skip out on that!

Only downside was the stairs to the reception—definitely a workout with heavy bags!
